What we collect

When you place an order on titancase.shop we collect what we need to make and deliver it: your name, email address, shipping address, the items you ordered and, if you contact us, the messages you send. We also collect basic, aggregated analytics about how the site is used (pages viewed, device type, approximate region).

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers.

How we use your information

We use your information to process and ship your order, send order and shipping updates, handle returns and support requests, prevent fraud, and improve the store. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Every case is printed to order. We share the details needed to make and ship your order with our print-on-demand production partner (Printify and its print providers) and with shipping carriers. We share data with Stripe to take payment and with analytics providers in aggregated form. These providers may only use your information to perform services for us.

Cookies

We use cookies and local storage to keep your cart, remember your phone model, and measure site traffic. You can clear or block cookies in your browser; the cart may not work without them.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Reply to your order confirmation email or use our contact page and we will respond within 30 days.

Data retention

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, tax and warranty purposes, then delete or anonymize them.

If we change this policy we will update the date above.
