Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. Cases are $24.99 each. Your order is confirmed when payment is accepted at checkout. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item cannot be produced or if we suspect fraud.

Made to order

Every case is printed to order for the phone model you select, so please double-check your model before checking out. Colors on screen can differ slightly from the printed product.

Shipping

We ship to US addresses only. Shipping is free on every order. Orders ship within 48 business hours; delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after shipping. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Returns

Returns are free within 30 days of delivery. Contact us to start a return and we will send instructions. Refunds go to the original payment method. If a case arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, send us a photo and we will replace or refund it.

Artwork

All designs, images and text on titancase.shop belong to Titan Case or its licensors. You may not copy or resell them without permission.

Liability

Our cases are designed to protect against everyday scratches and bumps; no case can prevent all damage to a phone. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
